What are your standard charges?
Our charges vary according to the service both indoor and outdoor. You can choose between Mini and Full sessions wherever applicable. Drop us a note with your requirement and we will get back to you with the package details.
Is your package Negotiable? Any discounts?
We don’t believe in negotiations as we already quote the best. However, if there are any seasonal offers from us.. you can expect a discount.
How do we block you? Should we pay an Advance?
Yes, an advance is required to block us. 40% to 60% of advance depending on the event will have to be transferred online to our account. You would also receive a Booking Confirmation to your email ID once the amount is credited.
Can we postpone outdoor/indoor shoots once blocked? Are there any charges? How about Cancellations?
Yes, with a prior notice atleast 3 days before. Charges upto 50% may apply when you postpone 24 hours before the shoot as we would have already arranged the resources. Cancellations charges upto 25% will apply based on the event, reason and notice time.
Are there any image or roll limitations per Session?
For all events, every moment captured will be delivered. For Indoor, Outdoor or Mini Sessions, package will come with the number of Images quoted.
How about delivery time?
Usually, soft copies takes minimum 3 weeks of time based on the event shared via Cloud. Quality matters, hence we take that extra time to process every single image for the album and that would take 30 business days after receiving the selection. For conventional films and creative montages, we would need 50 working days.
How do we collect the deliverable?
Image soft copies and videos will reach you over Cloud (Full HD). Albums will have to be collected physically from our Studio at Velachery.
Do you provide costumes for Indoor/Outdoor Shoots?
Yes, costumes can be arranged for Maternity & Baby Shoots at an additional cost.
Are there any charges for the Outdoor locations that we shoot?
Yes! There are Photography Locations, Resorts, Beach houses which would need a prior reservation and also other most common outdoor spots with a charge for Professional Photography and this will be paid by you directly on-spot. This charge will not be a part of our package. However, there are few free locations as well which can be chosen based on your preference.
Instead of Outdoors, Can we have a Studio Shoot?
Yes! We have our studio setup at Velachery and we have multiple packages to choose from.
How many hours will be your Candid Outdoor/Indoor Sessions?
90 minutes or 3 hours based on the service/package that you choose.
Will you be able to create new props according to our wish?
We would love to hear your ideas and if its feasible we would definitely get that done.
How long are your conventional films?
We keep it short and simple. Be it a birthday function or a wedding reception, the video length would be anywhere between 20 to 45 minutes usually.

Do we have to meet before the shoot?
Right from Costumes to Locations, we plan everything over a Phone call. We also clarify all your queries through email. Alternatively, you can also visit our Studio at Velachery for discussions.
Do you need accommodation for Weddings even if its within Chennai?
Ideally Yes. Its always better to be at (or close to) the venue just to avoid the last minute travel.
Do you travel outside Chennai?
Any time! Travel and accommodation charges will be additional depending on the location.
